Returns Policy?
You have the right to return any items purchased on our websites without having to give a reason, at any time within 30 working days after the day you received the goods (a "cooling off period").
You must notify us of your return in writing using our return request form below.
When your refund is processed, the funds will be credited to the original payment method.
Returned goods must be unused and supplied with their original packaging. Please do not attach any labels or duct tape directly on item's packaging.

Who pays the postage on returned Items?
If you return something due to it being unsuitable or not fitting correctly, you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.
Guarantee:
All of the products offered by Tradeinn are covered by a 2 year’s manufacturer’s warranty. If a product has a fabrication defect, it will be sent back to the manufacturer. The time needed to be able to give a solution, is bound to the time every brand’s technical service needs to administrate the claim.
Tradeinn promises to either repair, replace or issue the corresponding refund in case the item suffers a fabrication defect, depending on the final decision of the manufacturer.
If a fabrication defect is recognized by the manufacturer, all the generated shipment costs, both for the return shipment as for the shipment of the replaced or repaired item, are on the expense of Tradeinn.
We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of a product in case the returned item doesn’t arrive in the conditions indicated in our returns policy.

Process your return
To process a return, firstly, please complete the following online return form; simply indicate your order number, e-mail and the reason of the return, and then click on "Send" button.
What will happen next?
* We will notify you via e-mail your Return Number and then we will carry out instructions to return your product.
In case of refund, full monetary refund will be issued for all items returned within 30 days of receipt.
- The amount due of the returned products will be refunded within 30 days of receipt. The shipping costs will be refunded depending on the guidelines set by the company.
