Use the t4c with the included Suunto Comfort Belt to monitor your real-time heart rate or calorie consumption, or to calculate your real-time Training Effect to see if you are training at an optimal level. If your schedule suddenly changes, Suunto Coach adapts by making a new plan that will advise you which days to train and how, as well as when to rest.

Securely pair your t4c and Comfort Belt through interference-free digital ANT transmission to monitor your training with precision. You can also use this secure connection to monitor your speed, distance, or cadence by pairing your t4c with an optional POD.
