Very supportive. Feel average weight for a boot offering this level of support. Fit is a bit large compared to the several other pairs of AKU shoes I have, and bit larger than my other pair of more groomed AKU trail boots I have.

I have had them for 3 years I use them for work and everyday use they have worn out the sole but the leather is implacable, very comfortable I am so happy with them that I just bought another highly recommended pair for forest use

I was looking for a winter boot for my outings in the snow, I have another pair of Aku and these are also perfect for my foot! I tried them both in the mud and in the snow and I had a lot of satisfaction. Good grip in both dry and wet and snow conditions. The rubberized part of the upper, close to the sole, makes it resistant but not rigid.

Nothing to say, made in Italy product, with attached material traceability. Entirely produced at Aku headquarters and honestly it shows. Boot for demanding hikes or for several days, comfortable, stiff and sustained. The ankle is very protected. Precise lacing with pulleys in front and locks laces in the rest you can choose how to fasten. We'll see if they last over time but from how I see they are really well done.

Before purchasing this item, I made and canceled other orders. Refunds arrived regular. Serious and reliable company, I will definitely make purchases from them again. The only flaw, paid more for it in 3 days but arrived after a week. Despite the technical error, product conforming to the image, regular, without imperfections, fits very well, for now very satisfied, we will look at the long run.

Bought 44 size for my 42.5. Fit perfectly & free, even with a thick sock. Shoes & shoelaces very good quality, sturdy. Warm enough. Rubber edge in a front a little bit crush, but not so bad. Gore-Tex working very well yet. Sole is working great in rain or icy conditions. Wear: 3 weeks tough trekking, 2 weeks easy alpine climbing.
