the "aggressive" shoe of the other with a vibram sole. light both in weight and in cushioning, ideal for skymarathon or lengths up to twenty km. after more than a year of use it needs to be replaced, but I would buy it again. Recommended

Model presented as perfect for formats up to half marathon, I have no problem marathons and even the Integral Causses with. The hook is by far the best on the market. The comfort is excellent, although some find it "spartan". We do not actually have the sofa effect, but the height of 19mm is absolutely perfect: we feel the ground and all its components, with however a slight cushioning thanks to the material EGO present under the foot. The flexibility of this model as well as the carbon plate "Stone Guard" combine perfectly to protect the foot while giving free rein to the stride. On the other hand, the mesh is very fragile (holes after only 150km) and the scratch arrived unstuck upon delivery, so I cut it. For once, marketing is not bullshit, it's not bad. Too bad that it takes so little time against ...

Very good grip in any terrain. Nice balance of protection from rocks and feeling the ground.If you like minimal shoes but want to run in technical surfaces , this shoe is a good choice. It is also one of the most durable altras.

This is my second pair. I took the first on trails ranging from 10 to 60km. The space at the front (toebox) is well studied. The grip is by far the best I've had the opportunity to test. Stability is good, in the sense that no technology comes to take precedence over your stride: it is your foot that stabilizes. The cushioning is good via the EGO foam (the same as the Escalante) and we feel the rebound side. Even if it's not as strong as in the Escalante where we really feel the rebound. The 19mm of sole height does not harm the resenti field. Certainly it feels less than in Inov-8 Trail Talon 250 or Merrell Trail Glove. But we still feel very good. Every asperity is felt. The integrated carbon plate makes all the difference compared to Trail Glove for example: where the Merrell do not prevent aches and pains from running into the pebbles of the south of France, King MT 1.5 allow not to suffer on this plane. What is crazy is that the flexibility remains excellent in both length and width (the shoe is much stiffer during the first outings than afterwards). The scratch on the top of the foot has been decried during some tests that can be found online. For my part I find it very useful to tighten and loosen quickly during a course. The ventilation of the foot is very good I have worn all summer in the south of France in full Garrigue 40 ° no problem on it. Same for the drainage of the water. The mesh is however not resistant enough to my taste and opened after 200km. Which is very little. To date (~ 500km) both shoes are open level almost everywhere at the level of the toebox and on the top. The shoe is very comfortable except at the level of the toebox. It's the opposite of mesh knit (knit) and it feels with a rigid mesh and rough inside. In short, I love and I am waiting for the model V2 for early June in France.

Advantages: Great sole in both dry and wet, very comfortable and light "fast". Disadvantages: Very resistant fabric, for trail shoes, it is easily perforated and very poor quality insole, the fabric that leads to the few uses is removed.
