It is not the lightest shovel on the market, but you can shovel without any worries. The bucket is very robust and in front of the snow of an avalanche deposit it gives you a lot of confidence. The extendable handle and D-grip do the rest for very efficient paleo seo. Being able to put the shovel in hoe mode is an extra that allows you to remove snow and clear the area faster.

I have used different brands of shovels. But, BD Evac7 is so strong and solid. It is a bit heavier, but not problem. I am using it on ice and hard snow. It is so nice.
