Hello, it is the plastic part including the metal tip. The metal tips can occasionally also be purchased individually. They are then called Z-Pole Carbide Tips.

Hello, I can´t assure you that they are compatible, but if the diameter is the same, it is very possible. Yes, they are made of tungsten carbide, and the diameter is exactly 1 cm. Luck.
