The new SERAC CLIP CRAMPONS for skis have arrived, featuring a high-performance and durable stainless steel construction. It has a horizontal front design that grips much better on the ice, secondary points and rear points that provide stability on descents.
The heel is micro adjustable with a low profile for a custom fit. On this occasion these clip crampons are compatible with your mountain boots.
They are mainly designed for terrain with variable surfaces and classic mountaineering routes.
Built for the variable, moderate terrain of classic mountaineering routes in places like the Tetons, the Alps and the Cascades, the Black Diamond Serac Crampon is a lightweight, 12-point crampon available in three different configurations to be compatible with any kind of mountain boot. The Seracs redesigned stainless steel construction incorporates a strong, yet light design with rocker in the front rail to accommodate modern mountain boots. Horizontal frontpoints provide secure bite in icy steps, while the classic secondary points and substantial rear points offer stability on descents and low-angle terrain.

Easy to use and great grip

I have only used these a few times when hiking trails were iced over. I never slipped and walking was natural with these on. I’d highly recommend them as installing them on my boots was very straight forward and they do not rust. 5 stars all the way.
