SESSION are the new BLACK DIAMOND climbing and mountaineering shoes, they are made of polyester with qualities of breathability, moisture absorption and quick drying.
It features a sticky rubber sole with Black Diamond Black Label-Street technology. It has a reinforced rubber toe cap for greater durability and resistance. Its EVA rubber midsole provides comfort and cushioning.
In the heel area there is an elastic strap that helps to put the shoes on and take them off. It has a lace fastening system for a personalized fit.
Engineered to send in style, the Black Diamond Session combines ultimate comfort with performance features that seamlessly transitions from the gym to the crag and then out to the city streets. You’ll first notice how the shoe slips on thanks to the stretch-fit heel for easy on/off transitions. That heel also folds down with ease for slip on functionality. Then the integrated bootie wraps your foot like a sock, while the breathable knit upper regulates the temperature and stretches where you need while on the move. The tuned EVA midsole keeps you cushioned and stable, while the Black Diamond BlackLabel-Street sticky rubber adds grip for approaches or commutes. Finally, webbing loops provide tagging or stowing options for trails that end at the cliff.

Versatile and Comfortable

TYhese shoes have become my go to every day, all day shoes. Can literally do anything casual in these. I like to use these to get in and out of quickly with the colapsing heels but if you want to get a bit more secure they cinch down very nicely. Recommend these highly.

Bought them 1 year and almost 5 months ago and I have been wearing them almost daily because they are so comfortable, easy to put on and they look great. I have used them for short approaches and they are ok as long as the approach is not way too technical. As for climbing, you would have to fit them tighter and that would defeat its main advantage which is being comfortable. I have climbed maybe 4 and 5s with them but I wouldn't be comfortable with higher grades Sole is still decently good, worn out a bit specially heel area as expected anyways… I will buy them again for sure!!! Probably the same color as they combined very well with everything!

Hello good afternoon. I would like to request detailed information in cm about the sizes. Brand the brand. It surprises me how they only show correspondence between scales and units of measurement. What interests me is knowing, for example in my case, where I am 29.5 cm long and 10 cm wide. What size does it correspond to?45, 46, 47? Thanks.

Order full size up! It comes full size smaller and little tight. The brand does not give more information either.
