Very surprised, for good, the shaft is made of hard canvas that fits the leg very well, so far it has had a few games and no problems, they are light, comfortable and resistant.

We normally use the shoes with liner and hiking socks and they fit perfectly. You should bend/soften the heel parts well before longer use.

I've had mine for about three weeks now and have worn them in 36C heat. You usual size might feel a little tight at first, but as you break them in, they fit like a glove. They are really quite comfortable although I was cautious at first due to the synthetic material used and that they have a foam insert ,above the toe area. It appears that the heat from the foot rises into the mesh tongue and out. They're comfortable to walk in due to the eva (?) midsole - possibly the second most comfortable boots I've ever worn. Not sure how long the outer sole tread will last though as it's really quite soft, but time will tell. My previous Australian boots had a heavy treaded polyurthane sole and these are very long lasting. I haven't needed to wear them in.

It fit me fine. I am generally a US11 or UK10. Initially its a bit snug, as you break them in, they fit like a glove.

Hello... The soles are more in the direction of medium hardness... I inserted gel insoles for better walking..

Hello... My foot is 27.5 cm I ordered No. 44.. I have some room in the boot for thick socks...about 7mm I think it would be best for 26.5 cm 43 no. 42, they could be quite tight

Hello... If you mean the front part of the shoe protection...it's not made of steel or plastic. I think it's more like a very hard leather.
