The fabric is made of UPF 50 sun protection to prevent the entry of UVA and UVB rays and consequently burns and damage to the dermis in the long term. The inclusion of Omni Shade technology keeps your skin clean and fresh because it resists the absorption of liquids, preventing the shirt from being stained by perspiration. The garment is made up of Techlite shoulder straps to improve the fit to the body. For trail use, the sleeve tabs allow you to roll them up to a certain level and the pockets are configured with flaps.
This shirt is made of nylon. The protection of small items is guaranteed because it has compartments with zippers. In addition, it has two expandable pockets for the placement of water bottles. This model is water repellent to keep your skin dry and fresh for longer.

Both on the Columbia website and on here I got recommended XL for 185cm, 100kg. But it a bit too large. Not a big deal. The shirt is super soft and comfortable. But it's almost seethrough, especially if you wear anything darker or are tanned. Looks like it breathes good. Still yet to try it in warm weather.
