I bought a size L according to the size meter of the store and it is quite right, it comes looser than tight. Shirt of excellent quality. To be checked in use for anti-insect efficacy. Quite a few pockets, light, good ventilation, however be careful it sizes large. Take a size below the usual size. M for 1.80 and 70 kg.
