Non credo sia indicata per le basse temperature a meno che sotto non ci si metta qualcosa di pesante o termico. La userò prossimamente e nel caso modificherò la recensione affinché possa essere utile. Veste bene perciò consiglio la propria taglia abituale,io ho preso una M ed è perfetta (sono 175cm per 72kg). La spedizione è andata benissimo e comprerò ancora su trekkinn!!! La consiglio ad occhi chiusi
