Ferrino snowshoes lys special

Excellent! They include the bag. Very easy to put on and adjust according to the size of the shoe. Light to transport. I am enjoying them very much where I live that we are in winter. Ideal for going out to explore trails that I usually walk without snow.

In the photo, I liked the beautiful red color with a metallic luster, so I bought it, but I was a little disappointed with the plain red color. I thought that the product itself was well made and a very good product.

I bought two more pairs in addition to the two I already have. They fit just fine. I've never tried much more expensive snowshoes but these did the trick in deep loose snow as well as quite decent on icy slopes. Until you have to switch to crampons, of course, because it's too icy. The payment system IDEAL, which all Tradeinn sites offers for Dutch customers, works really bad. Don't use it! At best it gives a delay of 3-5 business days.

I bought both the Pinter and Lys Special Castor snowshoes from Ferrino and I tried them both: The Lys Special are a bit wider at the base and for this reason the walk is a little less agile than the first ones but in any case the walk was always very comfortable and safe. It gave me the impression of "floating" better on the snow than the Pinters which are suitable for lighter people 90 kg against the 100 kg of the Castor. Excellent belt and tensioning system, very practical and fast even when wearing gloves. Identical for both models. The heel lifts, on the other hand, are different from the Pinters, not in plastic but in metal. Perhaps a little more robust but not very precise in blocking the joint. I recommend trying them for those with a small foot, with a 35 we were at the limit, with the joint blocked it is necessary to tighten the strap well to keep the heel from coming out of its seat.
