Grivel introduces its new range of poles. They are versatile, durable and four-season, suitable for many activities in the mountains: from trekking to trail running, from ski touring to alpine trips. All shafts made in aluminium 7075 for optimal resistance to weight ratio. All come with summer and winter basket. The Trail family (1-section, 2-section and 3 section) features an ergonomic EVA FOAM LONG GRIP for confort and brethability, and a removable strap.
THE KNEE - THE NEW FOLDABLE SYSTEM
The Knee is the new innovative Grivel system to fold poles for quick deployment and compact packing.
- It connects each section of the pole with the next one.
- It is secured by a metal slider that firmly protects it and reinforces the pole.

how do i know if i fit to the 122 cm, I am a 5'6" in height , Please help me?
Hello, For 5´ 6" cm of height we recommend you poles of 110cm length measure. However, in trail running discipline, the length of the pole depends on the inclination, so if the main use will be uphill we would recommend you to purchase a 5-10 cm shorter poles and if the main use is downhill. 5-10 cm longer. Regards"
