A go-to foundation for cold-weather layering from the ski hill to the snowshoe trail, the 260 Tech Long Sleeve Half Zip features soft and breathable 100% merino wool jersey fabric.

A warmer version of icebreaker´s best-selling Oasis, the 260 Tech offers ample insulation and naturally resists odors, while its half-zip design makes for easy layering and temperature regulation.

Gusseted underarms, backward set side seams and offset shoulder seams improve range of motion and prevent chafing.

Inspired by nature, icebreaker harnesses the performance qualities of natural fibers to offer an alternative to clothing based on petrochemical synthetics.

Merino is an annually renewable fiber that naturally resists odors, keeps you cool when it´s hot and warm when it´s not, and lets your skin breathe for comfort all day, every day.

Wears great! And fits perfectly to size. I find the zipper a bit tight around my neck, so I leave it open a few cm.

My Mother saw my Icebreaker 260 Tech LS crewe top but wanted warmth around her neck so she purchased the 260 Tech 3/4 zip. It cost a bit more but she is very happy. Size S fits her 5ft 4, 55kg frame well.

I have been using thermal merino shirts for 10 years, this is exceptional, warm and enveloping, I use it for rowing during the winter and as a single layer in mid-season. I'm 176cm tall and 68kg weight, the M is perfect!

Super warm and comfortable. Don´t need anything but this base layer and coat for winter hiking. I highly recommend the Icebreaker base layer for scuba diving as well. Great base layer underneath your undersuit for a drysuit. Merino wool guarantees that you are still warm even if you sweat or get wet.
