Good bang for your buck

I don't feel like giving five stars for the product quality itself. There's clearly something better on the market, but for three times the price. Hence, for the price you pay, it definitely seems to deserve five stars!
Easy to handle, great companion for trekking, trail running

These are great poles, good quality and performance for a reasonable price. Comfortable size when folded, folding and setting up is easy and quick. Great choice for long distance hobby trail running, trekking. I had my first 100km trip with it and I was really satisfied. Way easier to handle and lighter than my previous poles. What I have noticed is that the handle releases its colour, my palm and fingers became slighlty black when used without gloves. Easily washed off though.

I can´t figure out how to mount them, they don´t stay put and there are no instructions inside.

Pull on the bottom part to fit all the sections together until you hear a “click” which brings out a metal ball holding the pole in the unfolded position. Then adjust the height of the stick to your liking by opening/closing the fast lock on the upper part at the level of the screw by adjusting the length of the upper part. Have fun on the trails!
