The assistance is very bad, nobody answers me in the chat.

Everything is perfect except for the assistance. When I try to contact customer service, nobody answers me, neither in the chat nor by sending an e-mail, so an improvement in customer assistance is needed.

I bought Alti Arc (Cat.4 mineral) lenses. The frame fits precisely, very comfortable. Lenses are great for high mountaineering, especially for days spent on for glaciers during sun. Highly recommended.
