My wife and I, between us, have purchased at least TEN items of Keen footwear over the last ten years or so - walking shoes, boots and sandals. The more demanding reader of this might question why so many - well, we walk a helluva lot! There are most certainly brands that might last a little longer and are, probably a little bit more expensive, too. But from my own experience, you'll not find better footwear that is so comfortable and very unlikely to give blisters from the very first time you try them out. The above pretty much sums up the confidence I have in Keen footwear and, not unsurprisingly, the Keen Targhee sandals that I ordered and have just received in double quick time, were exactly as I expected - a perfect fit and comfortable from the 'get go'. Yes, they run a little small - which I knew beforehand. They're very stable when walking, and look good. What more can I say?

The sandals are used for rough walking and better than more open types as small stones and grit are kept out, good robust thick sole to protect against rough uneven surfaces.
