Great buy

I was in dire need of a new pair of hiking shoes. I really like low shoes, shoes that go up above the ankle are rather heavy and uncomfortable in my opinion. These shoes are very light, they were instantly comfortable and fitted perfectly. I can't wait to take these guys on my next hiking trips!

Completely broken after one and a half

Very nice nice walking shoes. I have therefore worn them daily during my journey through Europe. Unfortunately, after about a year and a half, they are completely broken. the leather lets go and tears and you can see the lining everywhere. Too bad, expected something more from Merrell.

They have vibram!

I am delighted with the purchase. They are light and super comfortable. Also, they have Vibram sole and I had not read it in the description, so delighted!

I want to say that I have purchased this shoe in Ontario for many many years before they discontinued them. I have been looking for them ever since and was shocked to see them here :) This shoe is very sturdy so your foot doesn't move to the side when walking. Your foot stays in a straight line and gives excellent arch support in just the right place. They are very easy to walk in and helps your stride to be almost effortless. The sizing is bit different here as I used to take an 11 when they sold them in Ontario but it was too big. The 10 fits perfectly. I am usually an 11 in a women's sport shoe. The only negative thing I would say is that this size 10 smells kinda funny like a barnyard. Hopefully this will fade. I have never experienced this before even with the size 11 I purchased just a month ago here from Trekkinn (when I assumed the sizing was the same). So maybe it's just this one? I don't know. If you are scent sensitive and happen to get a funky barnyard smelling one it might be rather uncomfortable but their return policy is soooo easy and user friendly it's worth a try!! Thank you for this as it made my return worry free!!! Five stars for price, communication, and ease of use sure!
