My tennis number is 42. I ordered a 42 2/3 and it was tight but a little big. I changed them for a 41 1/3 and they fit me quite well, tight but bearable for the climbing time. I am new in this world, but at the moment they give me enough confidence.

I ordered a 46 size (my shoe size in sneakers is 48), and they fit very well the way they should be for climbing shoes allowing toes to snug in order to stick to smaller sizes grips, I did few times bouldering with them,,, we are kind of tight at beginning but now they relaxed a little bit, allowing feet to shape well, texture is comfortable from the upper part, and pretty solid in sole, the way it opens in two from upper part to allow easy and quick wearing is really smart, I like them, I will stay with this brand,

The size is quite small, I usually have a 38 in the shoes and shoes and on these cat feet I have 38.5 and they are tight. They are very comfortable and adapt very well to dams! I recommend to start climbing!
