It took me a while to reach Japan, but I am satisfied that I can buy it cheaper than buying it in Japan. Packing was also polite. Millet's bag is the first time, but I like it because the design conveys the milletliness.

There are a lot of negative post regarding trekkinn itself, customer service and shipping. I will say that my experience has been great! I have wanted this pack for awhile now since it is possibly the best Alpine Pack in the industry! Unable to get the pack in the U.S. I decided to take a chance with trekkinn. Even after reading all the negative comments about the company. Yea shipping took a longer than it would if ordering within the U.S. no biggie really, since it is coming from another country. Trekkinn emailed me multiple emails keeping me up to date regarding my order and shipping. I will definitely order again!
