With a slight name change and a huge attitude change, the Nike Pegasus Trail 2 trail running shoes will become your preferred option for any outdoor training you want to undertake. Important changes in the upper and midsole specialize these shoes even further, distancing them from the Air Zoom Pegasus 37 and creating an increasingly optimized silhouette for non-stop action in the trails.

Since the swoosh brand decided to put Nike React into the Pegasus Trail’s midsole, the Oregonians received nothing if not praise. In its second edition, these shoes’ incredibly reactive and record-breaking cushioning has only improved, now including increased stability thanks to the sole unit’s TPU molded cage. The rubber outsole receives a completely new pattern - inspired by bicycle tires - to generate adaptive traction that improves forefoot and heel grip and resists even the roughest and wettest terrain.

The Pegasus Trail 2’s upper received significant improvements as well. A two-piece chassis - reinforced by a TPU sleeve that covers the forefoot and midfoot for added durability – expertly blends breathability and comfort, reducing water absorption through extensive micro-perforation usage. A redesigned lace closure increases instep support. The Nike Pegasus Trail 2 delivers durability and responsiveness to runners, trail athletes and outdoor enthusiasts. Versatile enough for everyday training, it features an ideal fit for multiple levels of experience.

- Multidirectional Trail Traction: Rubber outsole features a shockwave pattern for a fast, bike-tire inspired look. Nubs give you traction and a smooth ride between trails and the road. More traction at the heel and toe helps you stay secure when going uphill or downhill.
- Responsive Stability: Nike React foam provides cushioned responsiveness for a smooth transition. Its full-length design gives your foot stability as you brave rocky terrain.
- Versatile Ventilation: Durable, engineered mesh throughout the upper increases airflow and drainability, so you can stay cool and dry. A DWR (durable, water-repellent) coating on the tongue and collar helps keep moisture away.

Very comfortable Trail shoes, they come to surprise, good grip on almost all surfaces, except wet, and if it is on rock ......, in general it is a good shoe, but I do not consider it for very technical sites.

First of all, thank runnerinn for the good service provided, the order arrived 2 days after processing. As for the shoes I am pleasantly surprised, I had never used nike for trail and I had some doubts about how it would be spent, and the truth is that I love them, they give you the possibility of using them on terrains that combine trails / trails and asphalt, an all-terrain vehicle, just what I was looking for.
