Made from 420D nylon and with a 18-liter load capacity, the Axis contains all the usual Osprey features: padded laptop and tablet sleeves, organization pockets with key clips and a document sleeve. When constant hydration is required, this backpack also has double stretch pockets for carrying water bottles with ease.

Die-cut EVA shoulder pads and a highly-breathable mesh backpanel ensure that you will barely notice the Axis’ weight in your shoulders. The addition of a sternum strap gives this backpack greater balance and load stability, while a compression bungee on the front allows you to either keep the Axis contents always safe or to store jackets and dirty clothing. Equally at home in the urban jungle or the outdoor playground, the Axis 18 is ready for commute or canyon.

The die cut EVA foam shoulder harness and spacer mesh backpanel both support and ventilate.

The removable webbing waist belt will keep your load close and under control.

The outside of the backpack has three zipped pockets, the top one incorporating a useful key clip.

We´ve also included a bungee compression system, the perfect place to store a jacket or bike helmet.
