To increase luggage safety, Osprey included padded front and side panels in the Fairview 40L, protecting your belongings against worldwide airports’ renowned chaos. A series of internal and external compression straps keep your cargo stable and secure, while a variety of side handles allow you to carry the backpack from any angle when its harness isn’t an option.

The Fairview is our lightest travel backpack, adjusted to the maximum dimensions for air transport in the EU.
Constructed with a ventilated mesh back panel and removable zip, the Fairview can be carried like a backpack, but packed like a suitcase.
The Fairview backrest system offers an impressive fit tailored to a woman´s anatomy, with an ergonomic belt, yoke-shaped harness and specific back panel.
The strong and durable back panel allows for the comfortable transport of all equipment when traveling to the hotel, the airport or far beyond.
The padded handles on the top and on both sides and the detachable shoulder strap, allow you to grab the travel bag at the airport luggage straps wherever you go and take it away quickly.
The bag is easy to carry and contains a large zippered opening for direct access to the main compartment, as well as lockable zippers for added security.

I live in Quebec, Canada. I was skeptical about the delivery but the reviews were positive. I ordered my bag on July 13 and received it on August 13. I am very happy with the product and satisfied since I find the delay reasonable as it travels far. It is easy to track the shipment, especially since I saved 100 compared to the store in Quebec.

I ordered this backpack to take to Europe this fall. We will be taking trains in Germany and then flying to Rome to stay for a couple of weeks. I am 5’10” but my height is all in my legs so I ordered the S/M Womens one. It fits perfectly! The belt sits right on my hips and it is amazing how much it supports the weight of the backpack!! I love the green color!! It’s like a blue-green! Really pretty! Not TOO bright… but different enough that I will know it’s mine! I can’t wait to use it!!

The backpack is perfect!!! The shipping via post is terrible wouldn’t recommend if you don’t wanna wait and the delay caused me to worry after reading reviews about the tradeinn company. However, it arrived after 19 days and it was the real deal !!

Good quality, ergonomic mochida. Ideal for air travel; Road Trips; Medium duration walks; The purchase and delivery went as expected. In a previous order, delivery took more than 2X the expected time, I had selected the MRW carrier. This time I selected the GLS carrier and received the delivery on time.

Backpack was exactly as advertised. I was a little worried that it might be a Chinese knockoff, but its definitely the real thing. It took awhile to make it to the US, but if you don't mind waiting, it's totally worth it! Much better deal than I could get in the US.

The bag is fantastic. I was a little skeptical at first, because the price is so much lower than I've found elsewhere. It came new with tags as promised. Shipping was quick, but my box was ripped open along one edge. Looked like the whole thing had been through the ringer.
