I live in Quebec, Canada. I was skeptical about the delivery but the reviews were positive. I ordered my bag on July 13 and received it on August 13. I am very happy with the product and satisfied since I find the delay reasonable as it travels far. It is easy to track the shipment, especially since I saved 100 compared to the store in Quebec.

I ordered this backpack to take to Europe this fall. We will be taking trains in Germany and then flying to Rome to stay for a couple of weeks. I am 5’10” but my height is all in my legs so I ordered the S/M Womens one. It fits perfectly! The belt sits right on my hips and it is amazing how much it supports the weight of the backpack!! I love the green color!! It’s like a blue-green! Really pretty! Not TOO bright… but different enough that I will know it’s mine! I can’t wait to use it!!

The backpack is perfect!!! The shipping via post is terrible wouldn’t recommend if you don’t wanna wait and the delay caused me to worry after reading reviews about the tradeinn company. However, it arrived after 19 days and it was the real deal !!

Good quality, ergonomic mochida. Ideal for air travel; Road Trips; Medium duration walks; The purchase and delivery went as expected. In a previous order, delivery took more than 2X the expected time, I had selected the MRW carrier. This time I selected the GLS carrier and received the delivery on time.

Backpack was exactly as advertised. I was a little worried that it might be a Chinese knockoff, but its definitely the real thing. It took awhile to make it to the US, but if you don't mind waiting, it's totally worth it! Much better deal than I could get in the US.

The bag is fantastic. I was a little skeptical at first, because the price is so much lower than I've found elsewhere. It came new with tags as promised. Shipping was quick, but my box was ripped open along one edge. Looked like the whole thing had been through the ringer.
