Talon 44 is a versatile pack, designed as a true mountain professional and featuring all you could need for winter days or overnight trips.
The cleverly designed new AirScape´ accordion foam backpanel combined with a seamless lumbar-to-hipbelt body wrap increases air flow and provides an even more comfortable carrying experience, by keeping the load close to the body and spreading the weight evenly around the hips.
Talon 44 features an adjustable back length, ensuring the pack fits well to your body and enabling the most comfortable carrying experience.
The pack is complete with innovative solutions such as Stow-on-the-Go´ trekking pole attachment, twin ice-axe attachments and InsideOut´ compression straps.
The zipped pockets on each side of the hipbelt allow quick and easy access to smaller items such as phone, snacks and GPS.
On top of the lid you will find another conveniently placed pocket, ideal for gloves, hat, map or other items that you need easy access to.
On the front of the pack is a large PowerMesh´ pocket, which is ideal for a wet jacket or extra layer of clothing.
Keeping hydrated during activity is essential and re-filling your hydration reservoir has been made easy with the quick access external hydration sleeve with reservoir hanging loop.
Talon 44 also features a floating lid, enabling extra storage capacity should you need to carry additional gear, as well as an entrance into the lower compartment through a horizontal zip.

You can carry a baggage of about 20 kg without squeezing. The harness is also the minimum necessary.
Great lightweight backpack

Very comfortable backpack. I went with this at the "search and rescue" competitions for 5 days in non-stop mode in the mountains of Dagestan - it showed itself perfectly. Sufficiently voluminous, but at the same time nothing dangles inside, the backpack is well regulated and pulled down. A special thanks deserves a fairly small weight, with absolute convenience. After the competition, I realized that I must have such a backpack! Hardware and fabric are solid. The only thing that loaded the backpack up to 15 kilograms, no more.

Best backpack I ever had. Walked 50km in one day carrying 8kg and I barely felt the backpack! It is very very comfortable with durability / resistance in the right measures.

Really cool bag, good size for weekend trips! However, the carrying system becomes a little too vague if you fill the bag well with weight, 12-14kg. Would buy again!
Perfect for a short person

This is such a good bag for a short person like me. I got the S/M one and it fits me great. This is really an achievement as I am only 154 cm tall haha! The straps all seem sturdy and it has many useful and well placed pockets. I LOVE that it has a zipper at the bottom so you can access the things in the bottom faster. The quick stow thing for the walking sticks is really easy to use, no need to fiddle around with it at all. And if that wasn't enough, this bag fits in the overhead compartment of most if not all travel airlines, so you save on the price of checking it in. Amazing bag, 100% recommend it if it's the size and fit that you need.
