It was easy to understand, it is only the plates and not the plates + plugs (as described "Anchor in 316L stainless steel that guarantees excellent resistance to corrosion for traditional outdoor environments, consisting of a COEUR STAINLESS plate, a dowel and a nut." ) Product still excellent.
