Product description Petzl Cordex Plus Gloves

These medium weight belay/rappel gloves offer extra protection without sacrificing dexterity. Double-layer leather and padding protect the palm from heat generated during long rappels or lowers. Fingertips and other high-wear areas are reinforced for increased durability.

The back is made of leather with abrasion-resistant stretch nylon at key flex areas. The low profile neoprene cuff with Velcro closure features a reinforced carabiner hole for attaching the gloves to your harness.

Great glove

I was looking for a glove to bushcraft in colder weather, ie good grip on ax and billhook. Size yourself, the finer work goes well with these gloves. Note the size, it was very tight for me. Preferably a size bigger when in doubt.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these gloves. Copper is supple and soft. Very well treated. They are ergonomic and comfortable. The reinforcements are really done in the right places for rappelling. That is: palm, fingertips, and especially the space between the thumb and forefinger. This last area rises high to the top of the index finger and thumb. So it looks nickel. Attention I find that it size small on the other hand. After measurements I took M, but you have to be able to compare, I don't know if L would have been more comfortable.
