Until now I have always used Grivel G12. I decided to try these and have not been disappointed. The ease of adjustment is great, the fit on my la sportiva and scarpa boots is really good. One down side is the narrow webbing can be a bit fiddly with cold hands.

I used to use Grivel's Airtech, but I feel that Petzl fits better with Sportiva boots. The claws have a sharper impression at default than Grivel. The nails are not too long and are suitable for mixed routes.

Great product. Supplied with interchangeable semiautomatic and automatic kit. I use them with Northwave Domain CR 44 car mountaineering snowboard boots and it still has adjustment space for larger sizes. They are not provided with custody, but inside the cardboard box.

They are my second vasak and as I already guessed they have not disappointed me. For the type of activities he did, they are still my preferred option and although he lacks the micrometric adjustment that my previous model had, it seems to me that the tips, for example, are better arranged. The one that comes with the accessory to make them automatic is an added plus.

Maximum versatility in the sense that they can be adapted both to boots suitable for semi-automatic and automatic crampons. In addition, the front half is interchangeable with that of other models of Petzl (for example the Sarken) in case you want to adapt them to another activity that requires other types of tips, which saves money by not having to buy another pair of crampons. . The tips are very pointed, which allows to advance on ice slopes of a certain inclination, although for other complex activities other types of front tips would be more advisable. The only disadvantages that occur to me is that they are not stainless and that the rear closure has no micrometric adjustment, but it is not missing, since it has 3 positions to fully adapt to the boot.
