The Twin Compression System (TCS) offers maximum stability and control when you are hiking through the hardest terrains. Also, the lightweight split shoulder straps provides maximum liberty of body movements. A comfortable, well-ventilated technical alpine trekking & hiking pack, with reduced contact surface and split shoulder straps for increased breathability and twin compression system for load control. The ALP TRAINER 35+3 is our technical alpine hiking pack for two to three day hikes, featuring our new AIR FIT 2.0 carrying system that is designed specifically to keep your back dry. It has 25% less surface area contact than our previous constructions and reduces contact without impairing load control. Its built-in ventilation system with breathable materials lets greater airflow get to your back. This significantly reduces the temperature between the body and pack by 1.6°C after 15 minutes.
Our lightweight split shoulder straps also reduce body contact, promoting greater perspiration and comfort, enhanced airflow and increased mobility. In addition, the Twin Compression System (TCS) allows you to cinch the pack in to keep the load close to your back, preventing stumbling during fast moving activities. And it also lets you adjust the volume quickly and easily when you are carrying less.
We’ve given the ALP TRAINER all the features you need, and none you don´t need. This includes including easy-access side mesh pockets, a rain cover, a separate bottom compartment, and pole fixation.

Excellent product and adjustable to the millimeter: shoulder straps, hips, weight straps, chest fastening, internal bag, top pocket... all adjustable! The back always remains dry thanks to the ventilation system. The way to fill it is a little awkward at first, but you just need to get used to it. Lots of pockets and plenty of room (especially the side stretch ones and the two very comfortable front ones with zip). On the bottom there is a pocket with a rainproof backpack cover. I recommend purchasing!

It is suitable for your height... and it is a men´s model... the women´s model has different straps so that it does not put pressure on their chest. Although a woman could wear it...
