i am a size 6 and these crampons fit without having ,to rotate/adjust a lot. it is easy to strap on and very light. i do own another crampons and in comparing, these would do a better job in snow/ice. i ❤ it!

I bought 2 pairs of these crampons for my partner and I. They appear to be very well designed and robust. They're very lightweight (aluminium) compared to what I used in the 80's (steel). The strapping is also secure.
