Salewa Lite Train K is a strong, lightweight and comfortable speed hiking and mountain training shoe that is designed for everyone who is an alpinist to the core. This versatile shoe provides excellent stability and traction even in rugged terrain.
The exclusive Michelin Lite Train sole which enables the shoe to penetrate into the ground and creates a good friction against the wet rocks while you are trail running. The Michelin Outdoor Compound X(OCX) provides high performance and stability even in wet and slippery surfaces. It works exceptionally well in all sorts of trails. Also, it can effortlessly manage all climate conditions and is resilient.
In addition, the 3f total system provides additional cushioning and support for your natural foot movements while you are jumping the highest boulders and trekking in hard terrains. And the stretch gaiters keep out trail debris, such as grit and leaves

The Lite Train K is a lightweight, supportive and responsive shoe built for speed hiking and mountain training. It has a breathable knitted mesh upper for enhanced moisture control. Developed in partnership with MICHELIN® Technical Soles, the design is focused on total grip and saving weight. The aggressive lugged outsole ensures perfect traction, so you can move quickly through technical, rugged mountain terrain, whether rapid hiking, trail running or uphill interval training. The shoe is built around MICHELIN®’s Lite Train sole platform, which was developed exclusively with SALEWA. Its special Outdoor Compound has a sculpted and grooved design, inspired by mountain biking tires, that delivers excellent slope-crossing traction and optimal adaptability, including on soft and uneven terrain. Additionally, SALEWA’s 3F Total System provides additional support to the mid foot by extending the 3F System into the lacing area. This increases stability and gives a more precise fit.

Bought these shoes for everyday wear. Sneakers are excellent, a lot is thought out, from the sole to the insoles with foot support. The quality is excellent. The size approached perfectly, unlike Salomon, which are very small.

I bought them a little blind, to change the brand, and they have surprised me, light and comfortable, initially with a good grip, perhaps the rear tongue of deperia is somewhat more rigid, it bends easily so they are somewhat uncomfortable to wear, but once put on, the feeling is of a very good shoe, without hesitation, a good purchase.
