Salomon XA Pro 3D v8 Goretex shoe is the improved, light, and soft version of its predecessor XA Pro 3D since it reduces 20 grams of weight and adds materials that increase cushioning, impermeability, stability, and grip against any surface.
This trail running shoe is designed with a Contagrip MA sole that offers greater grip and traction on wet, dry, straight, or slippery terrains. The Energy Cell midsole gives you excellent cushioning on every step and the 3D Advanced Chassis provides stability and reactivity.
The Goretex membrane is highly resistant to water so your feet will keep dry and fresh at all times because it also allows greater ventilation inside. The Sensifit system is responsible for hugging the foot in a comfortable and customizable way and the Ortholite insole responds very well guaranteeing hygiene of the foot.
The upper of the 3D mesh promotes breathability and freshness, the welded tongue prevents the elements from entering, the protective toe cap is supported against sharp stones, and the Quicklace lacing system makes these hiking shoes are very easy to tie and remove.

I am delighted, I have always had the XA PRO 3D GTX model and they have been great, although for me they have 1 year of life with moderate use, and now I have decided with the XA PRO 3D V8 GTX model and the truth is that they still seem more resistant

XA Pro 3D v8 Goretex are excellent trail shoes, structured and solid, perhaps a little heavy for running, but perfect for walking or just to be worn in everyday life. It is the first time I have bought these shoes and I am delighted. They are totally waterproof, which is appreciated on rainy days. The first time I put them on they seemed a bit stiff, but when you use them to walk or run in the mountains they feel more flexible. They are not special shoes for something in particular, but rather general off-road. They can be used both for the city (on rainy days) or for mountains.

For me they are the best walking shoes. This version turns out to be more discreet as the reflectors are not visible and the registration of the model has passed from the tongue to the heel. I choose the Goretex version for rainy weather or when the paths have some humidity. Happy hikes!

Is already my third pair of Salomon XA PRO, the new XA PRO 3D v8 is even more comfortable than the previous model, wear the shoes when hiking, running in the forest and also on mountain tours! Is my second couple to feel comfortable in everyday life! The price was unbeatable and the delivery only took 2 days, even though the shoes came from Catalonia!
