USE
The innovative curved last shape and the cool design are immediately recognized: this is the Lite version of the RIBELLE family.
The combination of Sock-Fit XT construction system, the Tech Fabric materials and OutDry® technology make Ribelle Lite OD a light boot ideal for technical trekking, via ferrata routes, and alpinism and for mountain guide and mountain professionals.
The Pentax Precision III sole has a light PU midsole and Vibram® Mont compound on the outsole. The TPU crampon insert on the heel makes it compatible with the use of semi-automatic crampons while the front part of the sole makes easy for the foot to roll fast off the heel.

Very light, comfortable even after 7 days of trekking, kept my feet dry in snow and rain and cool in hot conditions, enough space for toes and fit at the heel, keeps heel in place, sole has enough rigidity for longer walks, good on all 4 seasons from hiking to mountaineering. In -16 degrees and high winds I felt my feet a little cold at the ventilation area due to standing still.

Comfortable straight out of the box, didn't even need to 'break them in'... weatherd very well on an extremely wet and miserable winter ascent on swirral edge in the lake district (UK), look great, great support, took well to moving fast, fit my grivel g1's very well... If I have any issues it would be that the laces feel a bit flimsy but for the price, can't go wrong, great product.
Great shoes for long approaches mostly in winter.

I have always used leather boots as my main mountain boots and was really positively surprised when tried Ribelle Lite OD for the first time. For brand new boots, they were amazingly comfortable with much more space for my toes. I'm using them for long trips in Alps, above 2000 m in winter and they are light, warm and work great! Of course, I have tried semi-automatic crampons with them and they fit perfect, no twisting and pain in the ankle, even with the snow slopes of 50 - 60 degree. Of course for climbing in pure ice more specialised shoes could be found. Great product at all!

Wide around the toes, light, but hard wearing, can be worn for a full range of mountain conditions, including snow and ice. They are stiff enough to hold C2 crampons. Actually the 4 season shoes with a remark: at altitude of 2500 meters in winter, temperature around -14 degres and wind around 30km/h I had a pretty cold feeling at my toes.

Modern design. Very good sole. Very light boots They do not hold the tip of the foot well. Sewing errors in the orange leather simile. Plastic details take off in less than two months. They are not good at keeping the temperature.

I have long wanted to buy these shoes. The store works perfectly. The courier delivered according to the declared date. Goods match the description. Size came up, took 42 1/2 to its size 42. I changed over from the mountaineering shoes I used for 10 years. It is really light, and the fit to the foot is also good, and I am satisfied for now. I will check warmth keeping etc. for winter from now.

Really beautiful and functional. Light, enveloping and fairly rigid with a sole. They dress a little tight so I look at the size: I have a 43 and I had to take a 44 1/2.
