The North Face Evolve II Triclimate 3-in-1 detachable jacket has been created to offer warmth, impermeability, and breathability in a single garment or two because you can use it according to the weather condition that is present in the mountain. That’s why it is a highly recommended trekking jacket since it adapts to your need.
The DryVent fabric is responsible for repelling moisture produced by sweat after an intense day of hiking or climbing, and it is also resistant to water in case you are surprised by rain in the middle of your sports activity. A removable fleece layer keeps the temperature of the body at its normal levels while giving you warmth.
This hiking jacket was designed with an adjustable and foldable hood with visor for use when you need it, drawstring on the hem for a better adjustment, chin guard and brushed lining on the neck, central zipper with flap and Velcro to prevent the entering of water and wind and pockets with zippers to store your hands or other necessary objects along the road.
Ideal for high-energy adventurers, this 3-in-1 jacket provides versatile all-weather protection on the trail.
It´s packed full of mountain-specific features, including an adjustable stowable hood, twin hand pockets and cinch cord hem.
To keep you dry inside and out, the shell features DryVent™ fabric to block out rain and wick away inner moisture.
The removable fleece offers gentle-yet-durable warmth that won´t let you down.

- As for the jacket, it hasn't been long to put it on yet, but it looks good quality and comfortable, - As for Trekkinn, very formal and they meet deadlines.

At a temperature of about 0 degrees on a sweater - warm and dry. Convenient gate. Excellent surface for maintenance. It is not very convenient to put on sleeves - the fleece lining is knocked out at this moment, but these are inevitable and tolerable costs of a removable lining. My clothing size floats between M and L. I took the L jacket - it fit perfectly.

I was looking for a replacement for my old TNF 3in1 HyVent jacket I used to ride the slopes with, when its waterproof layer literally decomposed after 20 years. I am a TNF fan for more than 20 years now and I can say that their early 3in1 jackets were more rugged back in the day. Today's Triclimate jackets however are solid for their purpose: urban and light hiking walks at dry and moderately wet conditions. The navy blue colour looks great and fits great to a casual and smart casual look. However, if you look for a jacket to explore the outdoors in harsher environments then you'd better off with a technical shell. The inner zip pocket has disappeared in today's range but I still find it great that the older 3in1 inner fleece jackets fit in this jacket, which gives great versatility to adjust its thermal isolation properties. I'm 1,90m tall at 88kg and size XL has a relaxed fit which I like for the intended use, with adequate shoulder space. Arm length is always an issue for me but sleeves here sit at just the right length.

My previous waterproof finally gave up after 12 years when the waterproof layer separated from the fabric. Looking for a replacement I came across this and it is a like-for-like replacement. North Face have made some changes over the years so this has two adjustments to the hood (previously none - a bug bear) but the zip mapped pocket inside the outer has disappeared. What really stood out about the previous is also here - the jacket is very practical, extremely versatile and smart enough that I just wanted to keep on wearing it. It is smart enough to wear over a suit and practical enough to take hiking. The outer works as a packamac and together the inner and outer will be enough down to snow. Personally I am entirely unconvinced by gore tex - if my previous is anything to go by then this is a cheaper alternative that looks great and performs well.

Good product and material. The jacket is a bit spacious. Deep zip pockets on the outside. The fleece jacket is slightly thinner than expected, but because you create multiple layers it stays nice and warm. Handy to store the hood in the collar for on dry days. I only wanted an inner pocket for valuables.

Lightweight for a 3in1, fully impermeable, windproof, quality built jacket, great hood for my taste. The only thing I dislike about it its the fact that you can feel wind coming through the main pockets and kind of get your hands cold. Other than this, its a good quality product in all the other departments.

Very good quality. Excellent product, adaptable to situations of cold and weather as windbreaks. Eye with the size, it is usually one less than yours. I am 1'68, weight 68 and I am strong from above because I climb and my size is S in this product when I usually use the M. It is also a bit long, it reaches me just below the buttocks. It's fine for the cold winter. Fast and all correct shipping. I'll buy more here.
