This insulated jacket has Heatseeker thermal insulation that conserves body temperature and insulates cold. Besides, the DryVent fabric is resistant to water and favors perspiration so you will feel comfortable and dry at all times.

The hood comes with a removable synthetic hair trim for when the rain stops. The central zipper has hidden snaps with flaps to avoid the cold wind from entering. This winter parka brings a padding lining at the top and hood for more comfort, and adjustable drawstrings at the waist and hood to cut the entering of wind.
Whether bounding through a blizzard or grabbing morning coffee, this best-selling jacket will keep you warm, dry and looking great at all times. Heatseeker™ insulation provides steady warmth when the temperature dives, while DryVent™ keeps you feeling fresh on the inside. A knee-length fit and insulated hood help lock out wild winds from bottom to top, and when the sun comes out you can remove the hood to soak in that much-needed sunshine.

That's excellent

Although it is a very popular North Face, it is very active in both texture and construction, in town and outdoors. I wear it every day. Great satisfaction.

When I bought it I wasn't very convinced but now I can say it's perfect! Water resistant, lightweight, comfortable and very hot. I would buy it again without hesitation

It is a very nice coat, which fits a lot to the body and totally waterproof. I bought it to go on a trip to Oslo in October. The temperature ranged between 2 and 5 degrees with rain, and with a sweater underneath (and without thermal clothing), it has been more than enough. I am a whopping person too. Maybe it's too fine for winter temperatures below zero, I still can't comment on that.
