Garments engineered with Gore-tex product technology are durably waterproof and windproof combined with optimised breathability. Enduring products that maximise wearers´ protection and comfort. Available in 2 and 3-layer constructions. The 2-layer construction used for the Gore-tex products is designed for a wide range of outdoor activities. A specific Gore-tex membrane is bonded to the outer material and protected on the inside by a separate lining. The separate lining ensures better wearing comfort and versatility. 3-layer Gore-tex products are versatile, comfortable and extremely soft. A specific Gore-tex membrane is bonded directly to the outer fabric and a fleecy liner on the inside. 3-layer Gore-tex products are designed for reduced layering and improved freedom of movements.

Trangoworld uses in its collection several varieties of down: “European goose down”, “European duck down”, “Goose down” and “Duck down”. There are 2 important quality factors which determine down’s performance of a garment or a sleeping bag: one is the mixture of down and feather (“Mix ratio”) and the other one is the filling performance (“Fillpower”). “Mix ratio”: Information such as “98/2” means that the filling of a garment or a sleeping bag, has 98 % of down and 2 % of feathers. Down keeps better warmth than feathers. The higher the proportion of down compared to feathers is, the higher the insulation with the same fill weight will be. “Fillpower”: A “cuin” is the unit of measurement to test down performance in terms of filling and compression. The higher is the number of “cuins”, the higher the filling performance will be. The result is a product with better insulation.

Good coat, tested up to minus 14 degrees. Waterproof, not too heavy even if you have a pen and very hot. Perfect for a lot of cold !! Very hot cap removable, and very hot also do not need to wear any under extreme cold. Ideal length to half leg. I recommend it totally !!! On the other hand the service of delivery trekkin in this bad occasion and in the absence of information of when the shipment was going to arrive.

I just arrived today without problems, in the original packaging. The sleeves are long (I suspect that they are long in general, the rest of the measures are perfect); and although it has to adjust with the Velcro I have preferred to roll up so that it does not make me look like I have giant shoulders. The pockets are quite wide. Maybe I would miss details like the opening for headphones, but they are not determinative. Inside it is soft and fluffy, on the outside you can feel the "rough" touch of the gore tex. In addition, it is beautiful position, between elegant and adventurous. The truth is that I am very happy, both with the product, and with the experience with Trekkinn and their emails informing me of the status of the shipment (which I have done very well because the tracking code did not update the information). I am delighted with the purchase.

Some time ago I had a Trango fleece and it is, in my opinion and by far, the brand that most shelters. I do not mention others that, on top of being very expensive garments, do not harbor anything. The issue is that with the Goretex that makes windbreaks and down that gives warmth, make a light and warm shelter suitable for the cold and wind of Zaragoza. After having had a two pieces, it is preferable that it harbors much more.
