VAUDE Boe Pants

These high-stretch 3-layer touring pants were developed with experienced mountaineering guides specifically for big-mountain skiing in the Dolomites and elsewhere. They feature a casual cut and, thanks to the high-tech polyamide outer layer, they´re not only robust, but also absolutely waterproof and windproof and an excellent choice for mountain sports freeriders. Ventilation zips and a highly breathable Ceplex Pro membrane ensure excellent microclimate regulation during strenuous ascents or after challenging descents. In addition, the pants have plenty of practical pockets for items such as an avalanche transceiver, map or a power bar. Abrasion resistant Cordura® inserts on the legs protect from sharp ski edges. The Boe Jacket was designed to complement the Boe Pants. The Green Shape quality seal stands for eco-friendly manufacturing of the materials under the strict bluesign® standard.

- Ceplex Pro is a top-quality membrane - permanently waterproof, extremely breathable and windproof. It has a min. water column of 20,000 m (JIS L 1092 B). This membrane is 100% PTFE-free.
- Cordura: Highly abrasion-resistant outer material used in backpacks and clothing. Cordura® outperforms all other fabrics when it comes to tear resistance, tensile force and abrasion resistance.Cordura® is: 10 times more durable than cotton, 3 times more durable than standard polyester, 2 times more durable than standard nylon.
Stretch
- The fabric´s stretch comes from either spandex in the fabric or from the type of knit or weave used for the material. This offers maximum freedom of movement.
