I have been wearing Vibram five fingers for about 7 years now and have loved them. As I am heading off on a 4 month touring trip through outback Australia this winter I decided to try the Trek Ascents for all the trail and bush walking I intend to do. These are the most comfortable 5 fingers I have owned. My only comment is that whilst the lacing system is great for trekking and running I found that whilst wearing them during my HIIT training sessions they didn´t fit the shoe to my foot as snuggly as the velcro pull strap system of my previous pair of 5 fingers. However this being said they are a great trekking/trail running shoe. Also more than happy with the service from Trekkinn and will deal with them again in the future.
