It is a classic but with a very beautiful style that can be worn at any time, not only for the mountains. Optimum quality of typical Zaberlan materials. I recommend one more number for more comfort.

Nice walking shoes, made in an old-fashioned way from one piece of leather. These types of old school hiking boots are becoming increasingly difficult to find. Much more durable than all those modern synthetic boots and also much more comfortable because the leather molds to your foot. Clearly sturdier than the newer Zamberlan models. These shoes run very small, buy at least 1 size larger than your usual size.

Hi team, I have previously asked a question about Zamberlan's boots. This is a follow up to narrow down my question so that you do not need to find out the lasts of the other models. I am looking to get the 309 New Trail Lite or the 996 Vioz for myself: 1. https://www.tradeinn.com/trekkinn/en/zamberlan-309-new-trail-lite-goretex-hiking-boots/137797571/p 2. https://www.tradeinn.com/trekkinn/en/zamberlan-996-vioz-goretex-hiking-boots/137797533/p And I am looking to get my girlfriend a pair of 320 new trail lite: 1. https://www.tradeinn.com/trekkinn/en/zamberlan-320-new-trail-lite-evo-goretex-hiking-boots/137797576/p I typically fit EU40-41, US 8 and UK 7 depending on the cut of the shoes. Doing the measurement according to the indicated size guide at the bottom of the product page? - my bigger foot measures at 24.5cm in length and 10.5cm in width without socks. My girlfriend typically fits EU37. May I know how do we go about to decide on the size of the boots we're looking to get? Also, may I know which lasts are these three boots made in? just perfect everyday/hiking boots. robust and comfortable. my 3rd pair of zamberlan, each i wear about 5 years. prew one i changed sole and they are still in great condition

The 309, 320, and Vioz are all built on Zamberlan´s ZBPK last. You can find the specifications in the size chart. This last runs small length wise, you should definitely size up compared to your dress shoe size and your Brannock size. Unfortunately, Zamberlan´s charts are about length only, not about width and volume. Zamberlan´s standard lasts are definitely not for wide feet. If your feet are above average width, you should check out Zamberlan´s wide styles.

Hello Dion, this year I bought the ZAMBERLAN 309 New Trail Lite Goretex Hiking Boots. I already had another model of the brand. I chose them in size 45 EU, 10H USA MAN. My usual boot size, in other brands, is 44 EU, 10 USA, 9´5 UK, 28 JP. I chose one size larger (45 EU instead of 44 EU) because its last is narrower, which makes the support of the foot more efficient but since it is not a custom-made boot, getting the size right can cause anxiety. . In my case with ZAMBERLAN I was lucky and got it right, they are very kind to my feet.

hi Is Zamberlan Men's 309 Trail Lite GTX waterproof as its not mentioned on the website unlike other makes which are mentioned as waterproof. its only mentioned as water repellant Regards

Leider habe ich die Schuhe zurückgeschickt, da die Größe nicht passte. Ich habe mich für einen anderen Hersteller entschieden (SALEWA Herren Wanderschuhe Alp Trainer 2 Mid GTX). Zamberlan habe ich von einem Freund empfohlen bekommen der super zufrieden mit seinen ist- bereits das zweite Paar aber ein anderes Model( €300+). Er sagt sie sind Wasserdicht, das Leder benötigt jedoch Pflege. Meine gekauften sind ebenfalls super.. Bei einer 4 Tages Wanderung (Matsch, Schnee u. Regen) haben Sie nur am rechten Fuß einen ganz kleinen nassen Fleck auf der Socke hinterlassen- Naht. Es sind meine ersten Wanderschuhe.

Hello, since they´ve got Gore-Tex membrane (personally tested), they are as waterproof as other brands equipped with this membrane.
