Very ergonomic bottle that adapts very well to the waist. I used one for long years, and it eventually broke on one side that creases, maybe this is the biggest flaw, as it is not totally round can, as its use and age, start to crease too much and eventually break, situation which can be solved with a small sticker. The rest is impeccable
