The NOVABLAST® 4 running shoe features a new midsole and outsole geometry that helps produce an energized ride. A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. It´s complemented with an engineered woven upper that offers more stretch, ventilation, and durability. FF BLAST™ PLUS ECO cushioning is made with 20% recycled bio-based content. This material helps create softer landings and a more energized toe-off during your training.

- Trampoline-inspired outsole design: Helps provide a more responsive bounce back
- AHAR® outsole improves durability
- At least 75% of the shoe’s main upper material is made with recycled materials to reduce waste and carbon emissions
- The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology
- Reflective details help improve visibility in low-light settings
Pronation:
Designed For Neutral:
- Foot Type: Normal size arches
- Push Off: There is even distribution from the front of the foot.
- Considered Injuries: Less likely due to effective shock absorption, but neutral runners are not immune to injury.
- How your foot contacts the ground: The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.
Designed For Underpronation:
- Foot Type: High arches
- Push Off; The pressure is on smaller toes on outside of foot.
- Considered Injuries: Plantar fasciitis, shin splints, ankle strain.
- How your foot contacts the ground: The outer side of the heel hits the ground at an increased angle with little or no normal pronation, causing a large transmission of shock through the lower leg.

After looking at comparative analyses, I invested in these new Novablast. I confirm that these running shoes will allow you to keep a constant pace without feeling tired and will allow you to go faster on your courses. After abandoning Hoka Stinson ATR (too heavy) and the Asics Cumulus, the Asics Novablast 4 are light (300 gr for 47 compared to 370 gr for Hoka and 320 gr for Cumulus for the same size) and the rebound is also excellent than cushioning. No knee or back pain for “heavy” runners. They are by far the most efficient. As for the delivery, it was perfect and ahead of schedule! I really encourage all runners to try these exceptional shoes at a very competitive price.

The Novablast 4 are impressive, the cushioning and recovery are incredible. Thumbs down regarding the grip on wet ground if it rains don't think about it they are not the most suitable.

My legs and feet love these trainers, I've always had asics and the change in model to the novablast 4 is a game changer for me, they can go through the gears and work at a fast pace as well as a post race plod. They do it all, the lockdown is good and very comfortable. As a runner you'll know what I mean when I say "they work for me". Great trainer for a plod or race.

I loved the Novablast 3, but the 4 is even better. I do see the similarity between these and the nimbus 25, which I also have, but I'm now selling the Nimbus as this does an all-around better job (for me, anyway!) Cushioned but responsive, comfortable, and fun. Hey, I may just get a second pair!

Compared to other shoes, they have greatly improved response without sacrificing comfort and cushioning. They do NOT feel as spongy and slow as others!

Hi I normally wear size 11UK in Timberland sneakers, could you recommend a size for me please. Automatic size calculator recommends a half size bigger which would be 11.5 UK I don't want to end up with a bit loose shoes. I cannot find any information about these shoes running small. Thanks
