Quality is good, fit is fine (on the tight side but fine), material is nice and I hope that they will offer Columbia quality over the years. The sizing though is crazy small, at least one size smaller than advertised, the 34 was in actuality a small 32 (I take a 32/33 in reality but always buy 34 for a bit of extra room ... these in 34 were nearly skin tight on me). I now have a 36 and they will do, if slightly smaller than my current short selection (Columbia, Arcteryx, North Face and MacPac).
