Olympus 4 is a running shoe that will help you cover thousands of kilometers. The construction of this model includes a flexible upper mesh that provides greater comfort in your feet and keeps them dry and fresh.
The design of the pronator shoe includes a rounded heel that manages to give the necessary support to your feet. As part of its cushioning system, it includes a layer of InnerFlex technology that drives it to achieve greater performance.
The sole of the Altra sports shoe incorporates the brand´s Mergagrip element that helps you stay stable by preventing skidding, both on wet and dry surfaces. This model includes laces on the instep for closure. The height of the drop is 33 millimeters.
The max cushion Olympus 4 design has entered warp speed into a completely new look. To go along with it, we’ve increased breathability and durability to the engineered mesh upper. An improved premium tongue offers better comfort and a more locked-in feel. The heel has been rounded to encourage a smoother step from heel to toe and works with the InnerFlex™ midsole technology for increased flexibility and performance. To top it all off, we kept the Olympus essentials like the Vibram® MegaGrip™ outsole and the GaiterTrap™

Altra had this site dialed. Definitely best Olympus by far. Clocked up many ks in these so far and I really have no complaints. Quality, longevity, comfort, grip. They have hit the nail on the head.

This is my fourth Altra Olympus. First was version 2.5. Altra continuously managed to improve this shoe and version 4 is definitively the best running shoe for long distance that I have ever worn. Congrats Altra! I was also very surprised about very quick/good service of Runnerinn! Thanks!

Very comfortable, but for more technical descents they are not good. Lack of firmness due to its sole height. We are easily left with instability. But super comfortable for long distances.

The perfect shoe for me. The toe box and upper support is perfect for a wider fit. The grip / sole is great for all twrrsain with the cushioning incredible for long distance. The shoe is also great for shorter trails. One of the most surprising features is the weight.. blown away by all aspects
