The Terrex Mid GTX Kid’s upper is made of a very strong, breathable ripstop fabric with added TPU reinforcements for durability and total support. The usual lace closure has been discarded for a bungee lace-up to ease things to underage users, while reflective elements have been placed along the chassis to improve visibility in low-light or emergency situations.
In these boots’ sole unit, adidas provides what we´re already used to: a soft and responsive EVA midsole provides comfort for your child, along with a durable Continental™ rubber outsole that provides multi-directional traction on difficult terrain regardless of the humidity level. To seal the upper in full weatherproof protection, a GORE-TEX® layer covers it to give it extra waterproofing.
They´ll hit the trail and keep moving. These kids´ hiking shoes are built with a durable upper and a sturdy outsole that gives your young explorer a surefooted grip on the path ahead. The GORE-TEX® lining provides dry comfort.

I read lots of reviews saying how unstable these are unless your tend to strike the ground mid to forward on the foot. Personally I don’t find them unstable once moving in them at all. They are very bouncy and that feel unusual when your first put them on, but start moving and they’re incredibly comfortable

Very light and comfortable boots. The sole has good grip and the GORETEX lining allows it to be used even on snow. The type of closure is perfect for children and fits the shoe well. The size is a bit fair, so it may be advisable to order half a number or even one more.
