I've been using shoe polish for several years. I use shoes in harsh conditions often travel in the mountains and wetlands. The cream protects the shoes very well from the penetration of water into the inside. I recommend for hunters and tourists!

Used on my work black AKU boots, looking like new and water repellent. I've now tried it on my Meindel walking boots, transformed them and they too look like new. Easy to apply with the wee sponge which is included and a small amount goes a long way. I'll be buying some more. Good kit

Aku Care Cream for Aku Boots. I have used a lot of polish and creams on a lot of boots over the years. Aku are great boots - my first pair this year. I used Neatsfoot and generic waterproof spray in the first instance. These boots are that good that I decided to buy the manufacturers cream as I believe if they have got the boots right they will have the treatment right. What I can say is the photo did not do service to the product. It is a big jar/tub and will last years I am guessing. Great value - TrekkInn was the best price I could find including eBay. Really pleased.

After washing the suede, I smeared it with this cream, the shoes are like new. (Apply the cream immediately after washing the shoes, then let it dry for a week. At first it looks like it is in fat, you need to clean it with a rubber brush, then with a hard copper brush.)
