Bad insole and sole

After a had some shoes from Altra (Lone Peak, Kayenta) I'm disappointed. I run in rocky terrain. Sole is slippery, not holding on wet rocks. But what's main insoles... If the shoes get wet, they're moving and rolling if you run down. I never had such a expirience with any brand of shoes which I had and there was plenty of brands I run it. Shame, it's comfortable shoes.

I thru hiked the AT in 2019, getting through 4 pairs of these without complaint. I’ll be sticking with these for the foreseeable future. I keep trying others but they never compare favourably. And just for good measure, the price was good, I was able to use a few coinns and they arrived early!!!
