I use this torch for more than 2 years and it was in use dosens of times. It is very relible and beside changing the batteries require no maintenance at all. It's light is strong enough for any camping / caving activity. I've never tried to actually immerse it in water but it function well in light rain or water splash. It is very convenient to use and the head strap holds it firmly in place without stopping the blood flow to your brain.
