I bought both the Pinter and Castor snowshoes from Ferrino and tried them both: The Pinters are a little tighter at the base and for this reason the walk is more agile and apparently lighter. It gave me the impression of "floating" less on the snow than the Castors, but the walk was always very comfortable and safe. They are suitable for lighter people 90 kg against 100 for the Castor. The belt and tensioning system is excellent, very practical and fast even when using gloves. Identical for both models. The heel lifts, on the other hand, are different from those of the Castor models. They are not in metal but in plastic. It is practical to use and perhaps a little lighter. I recommend trying them for those with a small foot, with a 35 we were at the limit, with the joint blocked it is necessary to tighten the strap well to keep the heel from coming out of its seat.
