A light and low profile upper for fast paced use. The lace to toe design provides additional forefoot sensitivity for scrambling and technical hikes. The extra light and durable midsole with the Vibram® New Winkler outsole provide a lighter platform.

- Soft Cordura® nylon collar keeps out debris
- Cordura® nylon tongue for better comfort
- PU coated toe cup for additional protection and scuff resistance
- Speed lace hardware for easy and precise lacing and tape webbing; locking hook at the instep
- Heel lock system
- Gore-Tex® Performance Comfort
- Alveolen® footbed (EVA, resin and felt) for lightweight comfort

- Heel Lock to fix the heel in the heel pocket and prevent heel slip and blisters.
- Web loops in flex zones to enhance walking comfort.

It's probably not the best pair of hiking boots that garmont made, the boots are light weight made from good materials and looks and feels like garmont (good stitches and glue). Wearing it for the first tine - i felt like the shoes are a bit hard in the heels not as i like, i prefer it more soft and comfy in the heels. The other parts feel o.k.

Beautiful, robust and seem well built, but they are hard and rigid, too. It seems to walk with two irons on the feet and in addition the two "gnocchi" inside the sides of the heel (Heel Lock call it) can be annoying or even painful. They weight the walk instead of facilitating it.
